How to Checkout with IGNIS Connect

Creating and purchasing an IGNIS Connect account has a few extra steps before entering payment information, follow this guide to ensure you complete checkout.

IGNIS Connect features the ability to set up an Organization and smaller Teams within it and efficiently manage it all from the administrative web application! The web app is where you will create teams, upload shared content, and set administrative restrictions for organization members.

If you already have an IGNIS Core account, please log into the web app here and start at Step 3.

Step 1. Create an Organization

The first step to purchasing IGNIS Connect is to set up an Organization. Any links on the Ignis Technologies website will bring you to the IGNIS Connect Getting Started page to create an Org, which is also accessible from the link below.

It is not possible to have an IGNIS Connect account without setting up an Organization. If you are a single user, please use your name in place of the organization name when setting up the organization.

Step 2. Check Email & Set Password


After successfully creating an Organization, please check your email and finish setting up a password.

(if you already have an IGNIS Core account, please skip this step and go to Step 3.)

Step 3. Log In to the Web App & Select the Number of Seats Needed

After logging back in, you will be prompted to select the number of seats needed for your organization. This is the number of firefighters at your Organization that need IGNIS Connect access. Seats can be added or removed after this step, if you purchase more seats than needed you will get a refund. After selecting the number of seats, hit the “checkout” button

Step 4. Checkout!

Submit payment information and finalize checkout to set up your IGNIS Connect account and Organization!

Step 5.  All Set!!

Your IGNIS Connect account has been made! By default, the email entered in Step 1 will be set as the Organization Admin. From here, you can set up Teams and invite firefighters to join!
