If you need to reset your password, you can do so quickly from the login page, the steps below will give you an overview of the process! Please know, you will need access to the email associated with your Ignis account.
Resetting Password

Open up Ignis

From the login page, select “Forgot Password?”

Next, you’ll be brought to a page to enter your email, make sure this is the email associated with your Ignis account!

Enter your email and select the Continue button.

An email will be sent to you.

Follow the link in your email to reset your password.

Now you’re ready to login in using your new password!
