      How to Share Points, Lines, and Polygons in IGNIS Connect

      With IGNIS Connect enjoy the ability to share points, lines, and polygons even while offline! This guide will cover how to share points with a Team.

       

       

      A unique feature included with IGNIS Connect subscriptions is the ability to share points, lines, and polygons with multiple Teams, even while offline! This is accomplished using Ditto mesh network technology built into the application.

      How to Share Map Features:

      1. Click on the feature that you want to share with the Team
      2. Tap “Edit” in the upper left-hand corner
      3. Choose “Manage Access”
      4. Select the Teams to share this feature with
      5. Tap Done!
      6. The point will auto-populate onto the base map for members of that team. If you’re out of service, they will need to come within Bluetooth range of the sending device or another device that has been populated with the point.
