What should I do if a PDF map becomes stuck during processing?

Sometimes, users report that uploading a PDF map gets stuck in processing and prevents others from uploading. Here's what to do if this happens to you!

We understand this is an inconvenient issue in the field, and we are happy to say that a long-term resolution is in development! 

If a map has been stuck in processing for over 30 minutes, please do the following:

1. Uninstall and delete IGNIS from your device, all data associated with your account will be retained!

2. Reinstall IGNIS and login to your account

3. Now try uploading a PDF Map again

4. If the issue is not resolved after deleting and reinstalling the application, please get in touch with us so we can solve the problem from our end!
